Bath Time Fun!

So I was giving the kids their baths tonight and decided to let them play in the water for a little while. They were making me laugh so hard tonight. They both would splash in the water and stop and look at eachother and laugh so hard, it was so funny.

I got all the birthday plans and presents finalized this weekend. It hit me when I was ordering the cakes this weekend. Gosh, I wish time would slow down! I am so thankful for everything in the past year from the wonderful NICU Nurses to having them be very healthy now. They sure have gone through more than any other child at this age. God sure has double blessed me with miracles.

The kids spent the weekend with their Nana (Norman's Mom) so that I could finish everything up. I was so happy to have them back! I sure missed them but it was a nice break to have!

More Teeth!

Well I woke up this morning and Izayah has another tooth! So he has a total of 7 teeth now, and another will be cutting through very soon! Aniyah on the other hand still has only 2 but her two top teeth I think will be coming through very soon as well. Friday they had physical therapy. And the physical therapist said that Aniyah has extreme bow legs. Babies usually all are bow legged, but Aniyah has it to extreme and she isn't sure if she will out grow it. Izayah has it too, but she's sure he will out grow it. Their birthday is coming closer and closer, it makes me sad....my babies are growing up. *Sigh* But I am so blessed. I have been working on pushing their bedtimes to 8:00 instead of 7:00 because they are waking up around 6:30 or 7:00 and with me working at night I need them to sleep just a little longer than that! But they have not been able to make it 8:00 yet. They made it to 7:45 but they just get too tired! But I'm working on it!!!! Today they slept until 9:00!!!! That made me happy! Aniyah pulled herself up on the wall this weekend. They both are doing so well at pulling themselves up. This weekend Izayah was standing up on the gate and he was holding on to it and he was rocking back and forth and the gate fell over on him! So now I have to make sure that he isn't going to be doing that again!

Birthday is coming soon!

I can't believe that Aniyah and Izayah will be a year old VERY VERY VERY soon. It is so sad, but I am so blessed to still have them here. I didn't know at first if they would really make it. They are more than miracles, they are my heros. These tiny precious babies have come so far these are the things they can do now:

-Self feed themselves
-Hold their bottles
-Pull themselves up on everything
-Sit in the big bathtub
-Sit unassisted
-Scoot everywhere they go
-Play with eachother

There is probably a lot more, but those stick out for the most part. It is just mind blowing how fast they have grown. I wish time would slow down! Izayah has 6 teeth now, and Aniyah has 2! Well, that's all for now!
